We use biodegradable products to ensure an environment free of harmful toxins for your home and family. We also seek to provide the same service in the commercial area, despite the fact that the majority of commercial cleaning products are chemical, there are also lines of ecological products that have helped us a lot to fulfill our objective.
Products
Over time, we have searched for the most efficient products, that support the characteristics and values of our company. we find our products with various suppliers and we encourage our clients and collaborators to support the ecological homes initiative.
Pumice
This stone removes any residue from the toilet without leaving scratches.
Magic Eraser
Removes many hard stains on delicate surfaces.
Vinegar
Useful to kill bad odor, disinfect and excellent to leave mirrors like diamonds.
Microfibers
Leaves no residue, are very absorbent and practical to clean all surfaces.
Our Services
Residential
We start by applying a disinfectant to all the surfaces in the house, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining room, etc, after that we start the washing process, this includes washing all the surfaces that can be washed, surfaces that can’t be washed are cleaned with a damp towel, to remove all residues of soap, dust or any residue of the disinfectant.
We do the beds, clean the ovens, clean inside the refrigerator (if requested by the customer), clean the doors in and out, baseboards and windows inside, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, vacuum carpets (if requested by the customer), clean all surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms, dust the blinds, we remove all the ornaments to clean underneath. Take out the garbage, wash the garbage cans, we recommend maintenance cleaning weekly, every other week, or once a month.
Commercial or Janitorial Cleaning
This service is required commonly for offices or retail stores, with a frequency that goes from daily, twice a week, or weekly (is not recommended less than this frequency). The cleaning is maintenance, which means that will require start with a deep cleaning and from there the cleaning will be lighter, clean restrooms, refill the disposables such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc, sweep and mop the floors, vacuum carpet areas, take the garbage out, disinfection of high contact points like phones, light switches, handrails, desks, etc. remove hand stains from windows. We recommend this service if you have an open space for the public or an office with more than 5 people.
Commercial or Janitorial Cleaning

We recommend this service if you have an open space for the public or an office with more than 5 people.
Deep Cleaning
This service is done the first time we perform a commercial or residential service, always! It is when the house or office is still occupied by the customer, the same process we do on the residential (explained above) but in this service, we take more time since it hasn’t been done before. We scrub the toilet bowls with a pumice stone, remove the hard water stains, clean the rails of the shower doors and windows, we move some of the furniture like chairs, refrigerators, and other furniture easy to move ( only if is doable or requested by the customer). This cleaning is recommended once or twice a year.
Move-In Move Out Cleaning
This service is when the space is completely empty. The process of disinfection and cleaning of surfaces is the same as the residential (explained above) the difference is that the move out cleaning we pay attention to all cabinets for the inside, the refrigerator removing all parts, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, doors, walls, baseboards, etc are deep cleaned. This service is recommended when moving out of the house to sell or when the house will be occupied for the first time.
Move-In Move Out Cleaning
This service is when the space is completely empty. Window Cleaning
This cleaning is requested as commercial and also residential, with a 3 to 6 months frequency depending on the weather, commonly made during summer months when there is no rain or snow. A soapy solution is prepared and the windows get washed with an extension to reach the highest parts of the window, the residues are removed with a squeegee, window frames are detailed to remove dust, stains, and watermarks.
Floor Scrubbing
This is mostly required in commercial areas, but we also do it in home garages if required, this service is required during any season. We use special equipment with a solution depending on the type of flooring and the conditions of it, we can use soft soap, neutral soap or a powerful degreaser. We apply a coat of the product brushing at the same time, after that we reapply the solution, brushing and vacuuming the dirty water, we repeat the process as needed, at the end is detailed with a mop and apply a coat of wax if requested by the client.
High Dust
This kind of cleaning service usually is performed at the industrial level. We dust high areas that can’t be reached with normal dusting. Done consistently makes a business space look and feel better as well as inviting to be in. Our process to perform this service starts by covering all merchandise, computers, desks, and general furniture. After that, we start assembling our equipment to be able to reach high ceilings, vents, pipes, and walls if necessary. Once we are done cleaning and dusting we uncover everything and get rid of any residues left from doing our job.
Covid-19 Disinfection Electro Sprayer Service
This service is necessary today these days to control the contagion of Covid. It is used in both residential and commercial. We use a powerful disinfectant approved by the (secretary of health.)
It consists of spraying the product on all surfaces of the place with a portable electric machine, killing any virus, bacteria, or microorganism that is found on the surfaces. If the client requires it, after waiting for the time recommended by the manufacturer, the surfaces with high contact are cleaned with a damp cloth.
Floor Brushing
This is mostly required in commercial areas, but we also do it in home garages if required, this service is required during any season. Strip & Wax
This job is mostly commercial, we found it as an excellent way to give vinyl flooring with high traffic or old ones a second chance. This is the only service we provide that doesn’t use biodegradable supplies, due to the need of using an aggressive chemical to remove the wax. This allows us to remove all the old coats of wax from the floors. The process starts using a product called Stripper, applied directly to the floor and stays for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the floor condition, after that the floor is buffered to remove all the residue of old wax, the process is repeated as needed, detailed the spots that the machine did not reach, all the excess is vacuumed with special equipment. Once the floor is free of old wax is mopped and air-dried to start the process to apply the new wax. The waxing process is an art, we apply 2 or 3 coats, for everything to end up with a clear and shiny finish.
